These Terms of Service govern how Edrylo Path's website, learning materials, and any access credentials supplied for an agreed educational offering may be used. The separate Terms & Conditions explain enrollment, pricing, and purchases. Using the website means you agree to use it lawfully and to respect other users and our intellectual property.

1. Website and learning access

Public pages may be viewed for personal information. Access to a paid workshop, program, recording, or resource may be limited to the participant named in the confirmed enrollment and to the period and format stated in that confirmation. We may make reasonable changes to tools or delivery methods when needed for security, accessibility, or continuity, while working to preserve the agreed core educational service.

2. Accounts and credentials

If credentials are provided for an educational service, keep them confidential and notify Edrylo Path if you believe they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent the law permits. Do not allow another person to use a seat purchased for you unless the enrollment terms expressly permit transfer. We may take proportionate steps to secure an account when unauthorized access is suspected.

3. Permitted use of educational content

Unless a resource clearly states otherwise, Edrylo Path grants an enrolled participant a limited, personal, nonexclusive right to view and use the provided materials for their own learning. This right does not transfer ownership. You may make reasonable personal notes and refer to the methods in your own work. You may not resell, publish, systematically copy, upload to a public repository, or distribute the supplied resources or access credentials to others without written permission.

4. Respectful participation

Do not interfere with another learner's participation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected materials, attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or use a program to submit work falsely as your own when a school or organization prohibits that conduct. If you participate in a live discussion, do not record, share, or publish another person's voice, image, messages, or personal information without the required permission.

5. Your content and feedback

You keep rights in original materials you choose to share for an educational exercise. You should share only content you are authorized to use and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. You permit us to use a submitted excerpt only as reasonably needed to provide the agreed support. We do not claim ownership of your independent work. General comments about a service may be used internally to improve it; we will not publish a testimonial attributed to you without permission.

6. Availability and external sources

We work to keep the website and agreed learning access available, but brief interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical problems, or events outside reasonable control. When an interruption materially affects a paid service, contact us so we can assess an appropriate remedy. Educational exercises may discuss outside sources or tools; their content and practices are controlled by their respective providers, and you should evaluate them independently.

7. Intellectual property and enforcement

The Edrylo Path name, site design, original instructional text, and original learning resources are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. No license is granted beyond the limited use stated here. If a user materially violates these terms, we may restrict access after considering the circumstances, the severity of the issue, and any rights under the purchase and refund policies. We may also remove content that creates a security or legal risk.

8. No professional qualification or guaranteed outcome

These services are general educational support. They do not confer academic credit, accredited credentials, licensing, official examination results, or regulated professional training. Your ability to apply a method will depend on your own practice and circumstances. Nothing on the website replaces the rules of an educational institution or professional authority that apply to you.

9. Changes and questions

We may update these Terms of Service as the website and offerings evolve. Material changes to an ongoing paid service should be communicated appropriately; an update does not retroactively remove a right under an already confirmed purchase. Please contact us if access to an agreed resource does not work or a condition is unclear.
