Edrylo Path aims to make its website and online educational information usable by people with different access needs. Accessibility is an ongoing part of designing pages, choosing learning materials, and responding to problems. This statement describes our approach and how to report a barrier. It is not a claim that every page, file, or third-party tool has passed a formal accessibility audit.

1. Website approach

The custom website sections are designed with text headings, visible links, responsive layouts, keyboard-operable navigation, labeled form controls, and contrast-conscious colors. The navigation menu and inquiry dialog are intended to be operable with a keyboard. We aim to keep information meaningful when text is enlarged or viewed on a narrow screen. Alternative text is supplied for content images; purely decorative imagery can be marked as decorative so it does not create unnecessary spoken content.

2. Educational materials

A learning resource may contain text, an image, a chart, or a recording. We aim to present instructional information in a form that is understandable and to consider reasonable alternative formats when an existing material creates a barrier. A method that works for one learner may need a different presentation for another. If a specific program format, file type, or exercise raises an access concern, tell us before enrollment when possible so we can discuss the available options.

3. Known limits and third-party services

Some website functions depend on the theme, hosting environment, browser, and device used to access them. A separate video, payment, scheduling, or learning service may have its own accessibility features and limitations. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of a service controlled by another provider, but we can review a reported issue and look for a practical way to provide the agreed information or support. A decorative visual should never be the only way to learn a core fact such as the price of a program.

4. Contact and reporting

If you cannot reach content or complete an action, contact us using the email or phone below. Please describe the page or material, what you were trying to do, the device and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing them, and the result you encountered. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will review the report, ask for clarification when needed, and work toward an accessible way to provide the relevant information.

5. Requests for an alternative format

A request might concern a plain-text version of a resource, a clearer description of an image, captions or a transcript for an instructional recording, or help understanding a form. Tell us which part of the service is affected and what format would be useful. We will consider the request in the context of the agreed service, technical feasibility, and applicable law. We do not charge a separate fee merely for reporting an accessibility barrier.

6. Review and improvement

We review accessibility feedback as pages and materials change. Automated checks can identify some issues, but they cannot establish that a service works well for every person, so direct reports are valuable. This statement may be revised as our site, learning resources, and access methods evolve. The date above is the last update of this statement.
