Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how to cancel an Edrylo Path program or workshop and how a refund is assessed. It applies to purchases confirmed after the effective date above unless an individual written agreement provides additional rights. We want a participant to understand the terms before payment, especially when a live activity is scheduled or digital materials can be accessed immediately.

1. How to make a request

Send a cancellation or refund request to the email below. Include the participant's name, the offering, the date of purchase or scheduled activity if known, and a short explanation of the request. Do not send a full payment card number. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that a request comes from the person who purchased the service or is authorized to act for them. The time we receive a request matters when a workshop is about to begin.

2. Before access or instruction begins

If you cancel a confirmed enrollment before the first scheduled instructional activity begins and before paid digital resources or recordings are made available to you, we will refund the amount paid for that offering. If a program includes several distinct activities and none has begun, the same approach applies to the confirmed package. You may ask about rescheduling instead; rescheduling depends on availability and is not automatic until confirmed in writing.

3. After an offering has started

Once a live workshop has taken place, that completed workshop is generally not refundable merely because a participant could not attend or changed plans. If a multi-part program has started, we will review what instruction and resources have already been delivered and refund the reasonable value of any undelivered portion when a refund is due under the agreed terms or applicable law. If the price was for a single integrated offering, we will explain the basis for any partial amount rather than assuming every component has the same value.

4. Digital resources and recordings

Digital resources may become available as part of an offering. Accessing or downloading a resource can affect the refundable portion because that part of the service has been delivered. This does not take away a right to a remedy if the material is defective, materially different from the description, inaccessible in a way we cannot reasonably correct, or otherwise covered by applicable law. If a file does not open or access fails, contact us promptly so we can try to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

5. Changes or cancellation by Edrylo Path

If we cancel a scheduled workshop or cannot provide an agreed program, you may choose a reasonable available replacement date or receive a refund for the part that cannot be provided. We will not substitute a materially different offering without your agreement. If a technical disruption affects a substantial part of a live activity, we will assess a replay, make-up opportunity, or appropriate partial refund according to the circumstances.

6. Processing and payment method

An approved refund is ordinarily initiated to the original payment method, unless the method is unavailable or another lawful arrangement is agreed. We aim to initiate an approved refund within 10 business days after confirmation; the payment provider or bank controls the time it takes to appear. We will explain any amount retained for a portion already supplied. Taxes are adjusted as required by law and the payment method used.

7. Other rights and disputes

Nothing in this policy limits a refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived. If you believe you were charged in error, the service was not delivered as described, or a decision on your request is incorrect, contact us with the details. We will review the purchase confirmation and the delivery history. Please do not assume that submitting the on-page inquiry form sends a cancellation request; that form only displays a local confirmation and does not transmit information.
