These Terms & Conditions govern requests for, enrollment in, and purchase of Edrylo Path educational offerings. Please read the service description, price, schedule, and any written confirmation before making a payment. By purchasing an offering after receiving those terms, you agree to these conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Educational scope

Edrylo Path provides general, non-certified education in research methods, note-taking, information organization, and structured self-learning. Program and workshop descriptions identify the subject matter, not an accredited qualification or a guaranteed result. We do not award academic credit, degrees, professional licenses, or eligibility for an official examination. We do not offer regulated professional training or complete graded assignments on behalf of a learner.

2. Program information and prices

The website lists a price in U.S. dollars for each described offering: Research Skills Learning at $249 per participant; Information Organization Workshops at $149 per participant; Structured Self-Learning Programs at $349 per participant; and Learning Notes & Resource Methods at $119 per participant. The description and price are subject to availability and confirmation of the actual format, dates, scope, and any applicable taxes before payment. A custom or expanded arrangement requires a separate written quote. We will not charge a different price without disclosing it before you agree to pay.

3. Inquiry and enrollment

A visit to the website or an on-page form confirmation does not reserve a place or create a contract. The website's current inquiry form does not transmit information. Contact Edrylo Path using the email stated below to discuss an offering. Enrollment occurs only when the offering, price, format, schedule, and payment instructions have been confirmed in writing and the required payment has been accepted. We may decline an enrollment when a program is unavailable or outside its stated educational scope; any payment taken for an enrollment we cannot honor will be refunded.

4. Participation and materials

Participants are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and a device that can access the agreed online format. Please join scheduled activities on time and treat instructors and other participants respectfully. Educational materials are provided for the participant's personal learning under the license explained in the Terms of Service. Sharing access, redistributing resources, recording another person's participation without consent, or disrupting an activity may result in limited access or removal, subject to applicable law and any refund rights.

5. Schedules, changes, and cancellations

We will communicate the timing and delivery format of a scheduled activity before enrollment. Reasonable adjustments may be needed because of technical issues or availability. If Edrylo Path cannot provide an agreed service, we will offer an appropriate reschedule or refund for the undelivered portion. A participant who needs to cancel should review the Cancellation & Refund Policy and contact us promptly. Nothing in these conditions removes a non-waivable consumer right.

6. Educational decisions and outcomes

The participant remains responsible for selecting sources, checking their suitability for a particular purpose, completing their own work, and following any rules of their school, employer, or professional body. We teach general methods and cannot guarantee a particular grade, examination score, admission decision, job outcome, or pace of progress. Examples used to explain a technique are instructional and are not a substitute for independent verification.

7. Limits and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, Edrylo Path is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including a learner's device or connection failure or decisions made by an unrelated institution. We do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If you believe an offering was misdescribed or a charge is incorrect, contact us with the relevant details so we can review the issue before a formal dispute. Montana law generally governs these terms, except where a mandatory consumer protection rule in another applicable jurisdiction provides otherwise.

8. Updates

These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version supplied or made available when an enrollment is confirmed governs that enrollment unless both parties agree otherwise or law requires a change. The date above identifies this version.
